The 2023 college football season begins with Week 0 on Saturday, Aug. 26. The Week 1 college football schedule kicks off on Saturday, Sep. 2 with all teams in the top-25 rankings taking the field in the regular-season opener.

Who has the hardest college football schedule?
The Alabama Crimson Tide has the hardest college football schedule in 2023. After opening the season against Middle Tennessee, Alabama faces Texas, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Tennessee, LSU and AUburn in 2023.
